About Us

We Are Dramizo

Dramizo exists for one reason: to make great entertainment easy to find. Not just the shows everyone is already talking about — but the hidden gems, the underrated classics, the brilliantly written dramas that have passionate audiences in Korea or China or Thailand but almost no visibility anywhere else. We believe those stories deserve to reach every fan who would love them, wherever in the world those fans happen to be.

We are a free, independent streaming guide and entertainment platform. We catalog, organize, and present dramas, movies, and TV shows from Korea, China, Thailand, Japan, and beyond. We do not own or produce the content — we are the map that helps you find it.

What We Stand For

Three principles define everything we do at Dramizo:

  • Entertainment belongs to everyone. The quality of the stories you have access to should not depend on which country you were born in, which streaming services are available in your region, or how much money you can spend on subscriptions. Great entertainment is a human experience, not a geographic or economic privilege. Dramizo is our contribution to closing that gap — a platform where any fan, anywhere, can find and watch the content they love for free;
  • The viewer’s experience comes first. There is too much entertainment media that is designed around monetization rather than the person using it — cluttered with ads that break the viewing flow, navigation designed to maximize time-on-site rather than help users find what they want, and features added for metrics rather than genuine usefulness. We build differently. Every decision at Dramizo starts with a simple question: does this make the experience better for the person watching? If the answer is no, we do not do it;
  • Honesty and transparency. We are clear about what Dramizo is: a curation and aggregation platform that embeds third-party video content. We do not pretend to own the content we display. We do not mislead users about what they are clicking on. We are transparent about how we make money (advertising), what data we collect (the minimum necessary to operate), and what we can and cannot control (we can remove embed links; the underlying video lives on third-party servers). That honesty is the foundation of the trust our community has placed in us.

What We Offer

The Dramizo library is built around the content that our community loves most, organized so that finding exactly what you want is a matter of seconds rather than minutes:

  • Korean Dramas — every genre, every era, from the shows that made K-drama a global phenomenon to the smaller productions that deserved a bigger audience than they got. Romance. Thriller. Historical. Fantasy. Crime. Slice-of-life. If it is Korean drama worth watching, it belongs in our catalog;
  • Chinese Dramas — wuxia epics with stunning action choreography. Xianxia fantasy with world-building that rivals the best Western fantasy literature. Palace dramas with political intrigue so dense you need to take notes. Modern romances that are lighter than air. C-drama is one of the most diverse and prolific television industries on earth, and we take it seriously;
  • Thai Series — romance dramas and boys’ love series that have built one of the most devoted international fanbases in streaming history, alongside action, mystery, and period productions that show the full range of what Thai entertainment can do;
  • Japanese Dramas — concise, focused, and often brilliantly written. J-drama gave the world some of the most beloved manga adaptations, the most innovative workplace comedies, and some of the tightest psychological thrillers in any language;
  • Movies — Asian cinema from Korean award-winning drama to Hong Kong action to Japanese animation to Thai horror. Feature films curated with the same care as our drama catalog;
  • Episode Guides — kept current as shows air, with episode numbers, air dates, and player links so you can pick up exactly where you left off or jump straight to the latest episode;
  • Upcoming Releases — so you are never caught off guard when your next favorite show premieres.

Built for Fans, By Fans

Every person who works on Dramizo is a fan. We are not a corporate media company that decided “Asian drama content” was an underserved market segment. We are people who discovered Korean drama through a recommendation from a friend and then watched 40 hours in a week. People who can talk for an hour about the evolution of Chinese xianxia storytelling. People who have opinions — strong ones — about which Thai romance series from the last three years were underrated.

That fandom is not incidental to what we build; it is the reason the product works. When you know and love the content yourself, you make different decisions about how to organize it, what metadata matters, which shows deserve prominence, and what a viewer actually needs to decide whether a drama is worth their time.

We make those decisions better because we are on the same side of the screen as the people we serve.

Our Community

The Dramizo community is global, passionate, and diverse. Our users range from dedicated drama veterans who have been following Korean and Chinese content since long before it went mainstream, to newcomers who just watched their first Asian drama and are trying to figure out where to find more. They share a love of great storytelling and an appetite for content that, for all its popularity in its home markets, is still underrepresented in Western streaming platforms.

We owe that community the best platform we can build. Their feedback has shaped everything about Dramizo — which features we prioritize, which content gaps we fill, which parts of the design work and which needed to be rethought. The platform is better because of the people who use it and take the time to tell us what they think. We take that seriously, and we are grateful for it.

Independence and Integrity

Dramizo is independently owned and operated. We have no parent company, no financial backers, and no affiliation with any broadcaster, production studio, streaming service, or talent agency. No one pays us to feature their content, and no one tells us what to include or exclude from our catalog. Our editorial decisions reflect the interests of our community and the quality of the content — nothing else.

We are supported by advertising. That revenue keeps the platform free for everyone who uses it. We hold our advertising relationships to the same standard we hold everything else: we do not allow advertising arrangements to compromise the independence of our editorial decisions or the quality of the user experience.

On Copyright and Content

We embed video from third-party hosting platforms. We do not own, upload, store, or distribute video content. Every video on Dramizo is the property of its respective copyright holders. We respect those rights fully and respond promptly to valid copyright concerns. Rights holders with questions or concerns should contact us at support@dramizo.com — we take those messages seriously and act on them quickly.

What Is Next

Dramizo is always in progress. The catalog grows continuously. The filtering and discovery tools get more powerful. The mobile experience gets faster and more intuitive. The episode guides get more detailed. We are building toward a version of this platform that is genuinely the best possible tool for any drama fan in the world to find and watch great content — and we are not there yet, which means we have interesting work still ahead of us.

If you want to be part of that — if you have a show we should add, a feature you wish we had, a bug that needs fixing, or just a thought about how we could be better — we want to hear it.
